GENERAL PROGRAM QUESTIONS

We offer Youth Football (Fall Tackle), Spring Football (Supreme Outlaws – 7v7, 5v5 Linemen, and Spring Tackle), Cheer, and seasonal clinics.


Programs are available for youth athletes based on league age requirements. Age group eligibility will be confirmed during registration and certification.


Yes. Supreme Team Youth Football & Cheer operates as a nonprofit organization. Donations and sponsorships may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.


REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

 Yes. Athletes must be fully registered and paid before participating in practices, games, clinics, or competitions.


 No. All registration and program fees are non-refundable.


VOLUNTEER CREDIT

Families may earn a credit* by completing the required minimum volunteer hours or assigned game shifts during the season. *Determined by the signed agreement.


Families who do not meet volunteer requirements will not receive the volunteer credit refund


CERTIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY

Yes. All athletes must be certified through National Sports ID before participating in practices or games


Required documents include a headshot photo, proof of age (birth certificate or ID), school grade verification, and medical clearance or physical exam documentation.


Athletes who are not fully certified are not permitted to practice or compete.


PRACTICES & GAMES

Practice locations vary by program and season. Details are provided after registration and shown on the calendar. You will also receive access to your specific team's Band link.


No. Playing time is earned based on attendance, effort, performance, and team needs.


No. Parents must remain in designated spectator areas unless assigned as approved volunteers.


TRAVEL & TOURNAMENTS

Some programs and seasons may include travel. Travel expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.


No. Travel, lodging, meals, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the family unless otherwise noted.


CODE OF CONDUCT

 Yes. All athletes and parents must follow the Player and Parent Code of Conduct.


Violations may result in verbal warnings, written notices, or removal from the program depending on severity.


CONTACT & COMMUNICATION

Communication will be shared via email, team platforms (BAND APP), and official announcements from Supreme Team Coaches and Staff.
