Certification is required for participation and cannot be completed without prior registration.

All athletes must be certified in order to participate in practices and games. Certification status will be verified weekly to confirm eligibility for competition.
Supreme Team uses National Sports ID for athlete certification in compliance with league requirements.
Athletes must be fully certified to practice or compete.

Once you’ve reviewed the video, create a parent/guardian account and add your athlete by visiting: https://www.nationalsportsid.com/
Your team-specific National Sports ID link will be provided in your registration confirmation or receipt.
If you have not received your team link, please email info@supremeteamyouth.com before continuing.
You must have all required documents ready to upload before starting the certification process.
Do not begin certification until all documents are available.

Please ensure you’ve joined the Supreme Team in NSID for your registered level. This was a common issue that other parents experienced during equipment day and should be an easy fix if you are already registered. Should you still receive an error despite your verification, please reach out to your team's head coach or team mom.
Please re-watch the NSID help video for instructions on how to verify your athlete’s materials. If you still need support, please contact NSID directly through their Live Chat channel in the lower right corner (green box) of their website.
No, athletes will not be able to practice or compete without NSID approval.
