Supreme Team Youth Football & Cheer was founded through the shared vision of community leaders committed to providing structured, competitive opportunities for youth. Established by Jay Harris, the organization was built on a passion for mentorship, discipline, and athletic development.

The program was inspired by founder Jay Harris, a former multi-sport athlete who competed in football, track, and baseball at both the high school and collegiate levels. His firsthand experiences in competitive athletics shaped the foundation of Supreme Team’s commitment to excellence, structure, and character development.

After earning his degree in Kinesiology, Jay Harris dedicated himself to coaching and training youth athletes beginning in 2014. Over the years, he has worked extensively with underprivileged youth, using sports as a tool to instill discipline, accountability, leadership, and confidence both on and off the field.

What began as a grassroots effort led by passionate coaches and supportive families has grown into a community-centered organization serving families who seek more than just competition — they seek mentorship, structure, and opportunity.

From the beginning, Supreme Team has been rooted in one guiding principle:

Today, we continue to grow while staying grounded in our original purpose — developing confident athletes, strengthening families, and creating pathways for youth to succeed on and off the field.
