Supreme Team Youth Football & Cheer is a nonprofit organization that relies on registration fees, sponsorships, and fundraising to operate our programs. Due to the nature of youth sports programming and advance financial commitments, the following refund policy applies to all programs, seasons, and activities.
All registration fees, program fees, deposits, clinic fees, and payments made to Supreme Team Youth Football & Cheer are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Uniforms and team-issued gear are ordered based on registration numbers. Once orders are placed, costs cannot be recovered.

All decisions regarding placement and participation are at the discretion of the coaching staff and organization leadership.
Families may earn a volunteer credit* by completing required volunteer hours or assigned game shifts.
Any chargeback, disputed payment, or reversal initiated with a bank or payment processor may result in:
