Refund Policy

 

Supreme Team Youth Football & Cheer is a nonprofit organization that relies on registration fees, sponsorships, and fundraising to operate our programs. Due to the nature of youth sports programming and advance financial commitments, the following refund policy applies to all programs, seasons, and activities.


 

NO REFUNDS POLICY

All registration fees, program fees, deposits, clinic fees, and payments made to Supreme Team Youth Football & Cheer are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Football (Fall Tackle, Spring Football, 7v7, 5v5 Linemen, Spring Tackle)
  • Cheer (Season, Competitions, Clinics)
  • Clinics, camps, or special training sessions
  • Uniforms, equipment, and gear
  • League, certification, insurance, and permit fees
  • Tournament registrations
  • Volunteer credits not earned
     

Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Injury
  • Dismissal due to Code of Conduct violations
  • Removal for non-payment
  • Failure to attend practices, games, or events
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the program
  • Ineligibility due to certification or documentation issues
     

 

UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT

Uniforms and team-issued gear are ordered based on registration numbers. Once orders are placed, costs cannot be recovered.

  • Uniform and gear fees are non-refundable
  • Equipment must be returned if issued as loaner gear
  • Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges

 

PROGRAM PLACEMENT & PLAYING TIME

Registration fees do not guarantee:

  • Specific team placement
  • Playing time
  • Position assignment
  • Tournament participation
     

All decisions regarding placement and participation are at the discretion of the coaching staff and organization leadership.

 

VOLUNTEER CREDIT REFUNDS

Families may earn a volunteer credit* by completing required volunteer hours or assigned game shifts.

  • Volunteer credits are earned, not automatic
  • Credits are only issued after requirements are fully met
  • Incomplete, missed, or unapproved volunteer shifts will result in no credit issued
  • Volunteer credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated

 

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Any chargeback, disputed payment, or reversal initiated with a bank or payment processor may result in:

  • Immediate suspension from the program
  • Removal from participation
  • Additional fees charged to the account
  • Permanent removal from future programs
     

All payment disputes must be submitted in writing to: info@supremeteamyouth.com

 

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering and submitting payment, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to this Refunds Policy in full.
